The Chef's cuisine is a delicious blend of tradition and gourmet delights, revealing the unique taste of each ingredient. Committed to a responsible approach, our Chef favors products from local producers and takes care to respect seasonality, to offer you an authentic taste experience.
Our restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. In high season, our restaurant is also open on Friday and Saturday evenings. At lunchtime and on Sundays, our restaurant is open for group bookings. Don't hesitate to call us, even if you're just passing through; if we already have guests, you'll be most welcome. Our restaurant can also be reserved for cocktails, celebrations and family meals.
Since 2012 the Brit Hotel network has been committed to a local approach with the creation of its own “Local Producers” label. At Brit Hotel Tour Sud we work daily and passionately with producers working less than 150 kilometers from our establishment. This close collaboration enables us to work with seasonal produce that showcases the culinary heritage of our beautiful region.
For over 20 years, our establishment has worked hand in hand with the Deschamps cheese dairy, located 32 kilometers from our establishment. This family-run farm produces delicious, artisanal goat's cheese that we proudly offer to our customers. Each product is different and non-standardized, giving them unique flavors with each passing season.

The Milles et une confitures jams are the consensus: they're a delight to be enjoyed without moderation! Made exclusively from local fruit, these little delights are lovingly crafted and always cooked in copper basins to preserve quality and flavor.
