Hotel Breakfast
A tasty and gourmet buffet
The days start from 06:30 at Brit Hotel Tours Sud - Le Cheops with the opening of the breakfast buffet. On weekends, the breakfast buffet is set up from 07h00 to 10h00.
We propose, at the rate of 13.90€, a rich and complete breakfast with bread, pastries, different fruit juices (orange, apple), some sweet products like jams or honey. We also offer savoury products such as hard-boiled eggs or white ham. Finally, dairy products with Emmental cheese and various natural and fruit yoghurts. We do not forget either the different varieties of teas and infusions without forgetting the traditional coffee.
Gluten free products are also available and recently we can prepare coffee for you to take away.
Local producers at our breakfast buffet.
Our honeys
Our beekeeper, harvesting producer is based in Luynes (37230) and provides us with different honeys from his production. Mr Patrick Goujon is also a beekeeper and bee breeder. At the buffet, several kinds of honey are at your disposal (chestnut, acacia...).
Our eggs
The eggs come from the breeder-producer: Mr Franck Fleury located in Sonzay (37360), a small town of a little less than 2000 inhabitants in the north-west of our hotel-restaurant of Joué-lès-Tours.
Our apple juice
About forty kilometres south of our establishment, you will find the "Vergers de la Manse", a family farm of fifteen hectares specialized in the production of fruit (apples, pears, cherries, peaches, kiwis, plums and quinces). The orchards are located in Sepmes (37800)
Our Jams
Mille et une confitures is a company based in Chinon. Their method of production preserves the quality of the fruit as much as possible, and they always cook in copper basins. The flavours you will find at the buffet go with the seasons.
Our Yoghurts
La Fromagerie Maurice - La Vache Fermière provides us with the delicious yoghurts that you will find on our buffet every morning. The farm is located in Neuilly le Brignon (37160) in South Touraine. Today, there are 10 employees who ensure the quality of the products processed in the farm's cheese dairy.
