Le Cheops, open to all!
This is the motto of our chef at the Cheops restaurant in Joué-lès-Tours. Indeed, the chef proposes to make you travel through the specialities of the soil of his region of Touraine.
To this end, the Brit Hotel has teamed up with a good number of local Touraine producers in order to guarantee the maximum authenticity of its products. For example, apple jelly, which accompanies our duck terrine, is made by the Vergers de la Manse farm located in Sepmes, south of Tours. Also, the poultry that we propose to you comes from a traditional breeding of Druye, in the south-west of Tours.
Of course, through these dishes, we will make you discover our fabulous Touraine wines.
Not only does the chef cook regional products for you, he also highlights seasonal products.

A receptive restaurant
The Restaurant Le Cheops de Tours can seat up to 80 people. We regularly organize family receptions (weddings, birthdays) and other receptions.
Do not hesitate to reserve at 0247677272. Currently, the restaurant is open to all, but only in the evening from 19:00, Monday to Thursday. Lunch and weekends, our restaurant is open on reservation of groups.
