Our stay is always warm and friendly. We have been using this convenient hotel for many years apart from the issue with the parking everything is very satisfactory.

Not a nice area to navigate. We decided not to book in!

You didn't enjoy the environnment but we can't do anything for it.
If you want, you can send an e-mail to the coucil town and explain your desagrement.
For the hotel, you can't answer as you didn't stay in our hôtel.
If you check all the customer comments, you will see that our hôtel is a good place to stay to visit our nice area.
